Our advanced AI analyzes your video for key moments by looking at transcripts, detecting emotional peaks, identifying engaging topics, and tracking speakers. It then automatically selects the best segments, crops them into a vertical 9:16 format with face tracking, and adds dynamic subtitles.

Currently, we primarily support direct YouTube video URLs. You can paste a link to any public YouTube video, and our system will handle the rest. We are working on adding support for direct file uploads and other video platforms soon.

Our plans have different limits. The Basic plan supports videos up to 30 minutes long, while the Pro plan supports videos up to 2 hours long. For longer videos or special requirements, our Enterprise plan offers custom solutions.

You do. You retain full ownership of the original content and the clips generated from it. We simply provide the tool to create the clips. However, you are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the original video you are processing. Please see our Terms of Service for more details.

While we have a high success rate, processing can occasionally fail due to issues with the source video or other technical reasons. If a job fails, you will not be charged any credits for it. The failure will be automatically logged for our team to review, and you can try processing the video again or contact support for assistance.

Credits are used to process your videos. The total cost is calculated based on two factors: the length of the source video and the number of clips you want to generate.

Processing time depends on the length and complexity of the source video. Typically, a 30-minute video can take between 5 to 15 minutes to process. You will receive a notification once your clips are ready, and you can close the browser window while processing is in progress.

No, at this time our system can only process public YouTube videos. We cannot access private or unlisted content due to YouTube's privacy policies. Please ensure the video you want to process is set to 'Public'.

Currently, Clipify provides fully automated processing to maximize speed and efficiency. While direct customization of subtitles and clip selection is not yet available, we are actively developing features to give users more control over the final output. Stay tuned for updates!

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile page. Navigate to the 'Billing & Plans' section in your account settings to make changes. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
